We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional products, and to demonstrate our commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that ensures your satisfaction. Our warranty policy remains unchanged, with all the necessary information intact. However, we have refined the language to enhance clarity and readability. Please find the additional information added at the appropriate places:
MAIN CERAMIC SHELL + PRO BOWL:
Every Kamado model and the internal pro bowl is backed by a Limited Lifetime warranty for materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
OTHER CERAMIC COMPONENTS:
Our deflectors, baking stones, and fire bowl carry a Limited 2-Year Warranty for the original purchaser. Please note that this warranty does not cover instances where breakage occurs due to general wear and tear, grease build-up, dropping, or misuse.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS:
All electrical parts of the Kamado grill or accessory come with a limited 2-year warranty.
METAL COMPONENTS:
Metal parts of the Kamado carry a limited 5-year warranty for the original purchaser. While we make every effort to use premium materials and protective coatings to resist rust, it is important to note that rust, oxidation, fading, or other blemishes resulting from scratches, grease build-up, weathering, or exposure to certain chemicals are not covered by the warranty.
WOOD COMPONENTS:
Acacia products carry a Limited 1-Year Warranty for the original purchaser. Normal weathering or cracks that do not compromise the structural integrity of the wood are not covered under this warranty.
ANALOG TEMPERATURE GAUGE AND GASKETS:
Gaskets and the temperature gauge carry a Limited 1-Year Warranty for the original purchaser.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Our warranties are designed to provide excellent coverage for residential use. However, please note that accidental damage or breakage, transportation mishaps, misassembly, improper support, attempts to build a custom stand, modifications, alterations, negligence, abuse, lack of proper care, road hazards, natural disasters, and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
Cosmetic concerns such as scratches, dents, chips, grazing, or minor cosmetic cracks on the exterior glaze that do not affect the Kamado's performance are not covered under warranty.
COVERAGE UNDER THE WARRANTY:
Original and legitimate components covered under a valid and registered warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. There will be no cost for the repaired or replaced item or component, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Our liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We exclude any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.
RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY:
For warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Upon inspection and validation of the warranty claim, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.
PROOF OF PURCHASE:
A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, may be required to process a warranty claim. This helps prevent fraudulent claims and ensures that the warranty is applicable to the original purchaser.

Voiding the warranty.
Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to our products and placing the Kamado directly on or near a combustible surface without the use of a stand or suitable fire barrier of at least a 2/3 inch gap will void the warranty.
What does “Lifetime of the Product” mean?
Products covered under our warranty program are fully warranted, to the original owner, for the practical lifetime of the product. This does not mean your lifetime.
