This guarantee programme is provided solely by House of BBQ Innovations Ltd. No other company or individual is authorised to make changes to it. The guarantee is offered under the terms and conditions described here.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser or someone who received the product new and unused as a gift. It is not transferable, and coverage ends if the product is sold or passed on.
The guarantee covers products purchased and used in the United Kingdom, provided they are used as intended and in line with the instructions. If you plan to export one of our products, please reach out to us for information about international warranty options. Please refer to the exclusions and limitation of liability section for full details.
The guarantee is only valid for products bought directly from House of BBQ Innovations Ltd or an authorised retailer. If you are unsure whether your seller is authorised, please contact us and we will confirm for you.
Please note, this guarantee offers additional benefits and does not affect your legal rights under English law, including your 14-day cancellation period and statutory rights in the event of a product issue.

General Guarantee Exclusions
Our Guarantee Programme is designed to ensure the quality and performance of our products. However, there are certain situations that are not covered under this programme. These exclusions include:
• Non-household use: The guarantee does not apply if the product is used for purposes other than regular household use.
• Misuse or negligence: Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling is not covered.
• Failure to follow instructions: Any damage caused by not adhering to the product’s use and care instructions is excluded.
• Normal wear and tear: Natural deterioration over time is not included in the guarantee.
• Modifications: Any alterations or modifications to the product void the guarantee.
• Cosmetic issues: Surface blemishes, stains, discolouration, and scratches that do not affect product performance are not covered.
• Nonstick surface damage: For ceramic nonstick products, scratches caused by knives, sharp utensils, appliances, or cleaning materials not recommended for nonstick surfaces (such as scouring pads, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners) are not covered. Minor scratches that do not impair the nonstick function are also excluded.
• Excessive heat damage: Damage resulting from exposure to temperatures beyond the recommended limits or prolonged heat exposure is not covered.
• Unauthorised repairs: Any damage or defects caused by repairs or servicing performed by an unauthorised provider are excluded.
• Transit damage post-delivery: Loss or damage occurring after initial delivery is not covered.
• External factors: Accidents, unforeseen incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control are not included in the guarantee.
